KATHY IRELAND, MS, RD, LDN
Kathy is a clinical dietitian for the NFL clinic as well as the clinic coordinator. As a dietitian with NFL, she helps families make the necessary lifestyle changes to achieve a healthier weight. Whether talking about food, fitness, or parenting skills, Kathy always strives to motivate families to make the changes most relevant to them and creates a personalized approach to weight management for each family.
A proud native of Brockton, MA, Kathy graduated from the University of New Hampshire before earning a graduate degree in nutrition from Penn State. Her master’s thesis focused on proper feeding practices for pre-school aged children. She completed her dietetic internship at the Hines VA Hospital outside of Chicago, IL. Kathy has also received a certificate in pediatric weight management from the Commission of Dietetic Registration. When not working, Kathy can be found on the roads of Boston training for the Boston Marathon, running local road races, biking, hiking, or staying in her apartment cooking up a tasty (and healthy!) meal.
LEEANN KEADY | Newborn Care Specialist, Founder Newborn Training and Certification Association
Leeann Sullivan Keady lives in Medfield Massachusetts with her husband Michael and their 3 children. Leeann is a former host mother of 4 au pairs who cared for her small children while she worked as an assistant vice president at a mutual fund company in Boston. She left her career in 2000 when Leeann became the community counselor with APIA and has worked with over 300 au pairs and 100 families.
In addition to her role as community counselor, Leeann is also a postpartum Doula, a newborn care specialist a lactation consultant and has written a training manual and teaches care providers to care for newborns, preemies and multiples. In 2013 Leeann started a childcare referral agency where she puts families in need of childcare together with the various childcare options available in her area, of course promoting Au pair in America as the most reliable and cost effective form of childcare.
AMANDA DUNYAK | Professional Nanny, Founder of Diary of a Super Nanny, Nanny Magazine Street Team Leader
Amanda is currently a nanny working and residing on the New Jersey Shore. She has been a babysitter, nanny, and household manager for well over 20 different families throughout her career. She was also an instructional aide with special needs children, a teacher’s assistant, and a preschool teacher over the past 19 years, so childcare is in her blood. She is the owner and operator of Nanny Extraordinaire Child Care Services, LLC where she helps match up nannies and parents based on similar beliefs and personalities, helps with the interview and hiring process and sets nannies up for training to help them deal with the many situations they will face. She also has a blog for nannies called Diary of a Super Nanny and is an writer and Street Team Leader for Nanny Magazine.

SHARON RIEF | Educator and Special Education Teacher
Sharon has been an educator for over 15 years. She was a special education teacher in LA Unifed for the past 10 years. And prior to that, she was a speech therapist in South Africa. She now works as a child enrichment expert and has a website called www.teacherresourcesforparents.com that provides valuable tips on how to enrich children through fun, educational activities. Sharon hosts regular workshops for nannies and babysitters that are based on the content from her site. Sharon is the proud mom of two beautiful girls, Daniella (6) and Raquel (2), who are the inspiration for all her endeavors and always the first two kids to test out all her content.

DEBBIE FARR, Ph.D.
Debbie received her Ph.D. in family studies and human development, her master’s in counseling and her BA in psychology. She has worked in various capacities, serving children and families for over 30 years, but her passion is in helping parents be proactive rather than reactive. To that end, Debbie offers workshops, presentations, and trainings for parents as well as professionals, blending education with support and coaching. Debbie has worked as a director for a family resource center, worked in numerous schools in several parts of the country, and taught at the university level. Currently she is working with SitterCycle’s positive discipline strategies and is putting the finishing touches on her new company, Flourishing Families.
