Fall is here and, as the leaves turn, we know it is a time of transition. All over the country, households are transitioning: new nannies are arriving, children are returning to school and parents have to make all sorts of adjustments. With all the change in the air, SitterCycle scoured Facebook and Twitter to find questions and interesting cases that we presented to Dr. Heather Watson-Perez.
In this podcast Dr. Watson-Perez gives us her advice for:
- Guiding and caring for children who may have trouble playing and “fitting in” with their peers
- Handling separation anxiety as mom (and/or dad) returns to work
- Helping parents, nannies and teachers communicate expectations and philosophies with one another as the school year begins
This podcast is a must for parents and nannies as the school year begins!
