Leeann Sullivan Keady lives in Medfield Massachusetts with her husband Michael and their 3 children. Originally from Syracuse New York, Leeann has lived in New Jersey, graduated from High School in Sandy Hook /Newtown Connecticut and worked and played for many years in Rhode Island before settling in Massachusetts. Leeann Keady is a former host mother of 4 au pairs who cared for her small children while she worked as an assistant vice president at a mutual fund company in Boston. She left her career in 2000 when Leeann became the community counselor with APIA and has worked with over 300 au pairs and 100 families. In addition to her role as community counselor, Leeann is also a postpartum Doula, a newborn care specialist a lactation consultant and has written a training manual and teaches care providers to care for newborns, preemies and multiples. In 2013 Leeann started a childcare referral agency where she puts families in need of childcare together with the various childcare options available in her area, of course promoting Au pair in America as the most reliable and cost effective form of childcare.
